Day 1 – Pitch Like a Pro

Focus: Strengthen confidence in destination pitching and value communication

  • Icebreaker & personal goal setting
  • Destination storytelling + mock pitch (pair-based)
  • Breaking down packages: What creates “value” for customers
  • Group pitch challenge (case profiles like solo traveler, family, corporate)
  • Objection mapping: busting price, safety, visa myths
  • Buddy feedback: “What surprised me about your pitch today?”
  • One confidence goal written down for Day 2

Day 2 – Negotiate & Navigate

Focus: Handle tough conversations and use negotiation language effectively

  • Sharing round: what was tried after Day 1
  • Roleplays: Handling objections using scripts + empathy
  • Tactics lab: Anchoring, Small Yeses, Option Framing
  • Persona challenge: Pitch to Bargain Hunter, Experience Seeker, First Timer
  • Coaching carousel: Rotate between speaker/listener/coach roles
  • Reflection: What technique felt most natural to me?

Day 3 – Close with Confidence

Focus: Polish time management, follow-ups, and delivery style

  • Warm-up pitch rounds (fun, fast, informal)
  • Task planning: Must-Do / Should-Do / Could-Wait sorting
  • Teaching follow-up etiquette (WhatsApp nudges, recap language)
  • Live demo pitch by trainer—curveball objections for realism
  • Final pitch lab: peer feedback using “1 thing I liked / 1 idea to try”
  • Graduation: buddy system launch + WhatsApp Tip-of-the-Week group creation

Duration per day: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Lunch Break : 1:00 – 2:00 PM
